Phillips Pet Food and Supplies has acquired Gardner Distributing Co, in Billings, Mont.
According to Phillips, the integration of companies will allow them to learn from each other and combine the best practices of both organizations to form a strategic alliance.
The acquisition and merger does not change order times, delivery, pricing and all other Gardner policies and procedures, according to Phillips.
